Most people would be complaining that working is better than studying. For one, working gives you a fixed salary and pay, unless your pay structure is on a commission basis or if you are an entrepreneur. Studying does not come with any benefits, except that if you do well or hopefully pass, you will be given a certificate that will get you through the door for your first job application. And studies have often shown that for every year of education that you get, your salary also increases proportionately. That is to say the more education you get, the more highly valued you are in the professional work force. So while studying can be a tedious and boring process, especially when you are forced to memorize all kinds of stuff and have got to be stressed out during exam periods, sometimes what you achieve during your studies may have a high impact on your job and career. There are of course exceptions. For example there are the entrepreneurs who are able to create wealth with their brilliant business minds. Not everyone who does well in his studies will do well in the work place as work experience counts too and there are specific job sectors like the financial industry who pay more to workers and executives.

Whatever it is, I still think you should get educated. A useful degree would be a bachelor degree in education. Though this degree is mainly for teachers, I would propose that you obtain a general degree first that most jobs which require a graduate can accept. There are also some people who take up an online bachelor of education degree instead as taking a long distance degree can be more flexible and easier on the pocket. The best part is staying at home to watch the lecture when you are supposed to be at the university!
