Sell Products Online
I, like many, was made redundant from my job just over a year ago. At the time I was angry, upset, and scared about what the future might bring. I enjoyed the stability of working 9-5 and as much as I found my job boring, it made me money! However, looking back a year on, I can safely say being made redundant was the best thing that ever happened to me.
Basically, the first few weeks after losing my job I did nothing but mope around the house and wait for replies to my new applications. I got a few interviews but no luck. There were hardly any jobs that were paying the same wages. I really didn’t want to take a step down.
Soon I started looking online to see if there were any ways to make money from home and very soon I found a lot of information on how to sell products online and make commissions. I spent a weekend reading all these guides on how to make money online and on the following Monday morning I decided I would give it a go since I didn’t have much else to do.
I wasn’t even that good with computers but I was happy to find out that you didn’t need to be as everything is so simplified these days. By Monday afternoon I had made my first website and had a product review up for a TV. I then followed the guide and started trying to get people to my website. I went a bit over the top and did more then the guide told me to and carried on until the end of the week. I was close to giving up until Friday afternoon I got an email reporting that I had made a sale! I had just made $80!
That gave me the taste for success and I soon started upping my effort for what I thought would be temporary till I found a new job. However, within 5 months I was making more then I was making in my old job. Today, I am making twice as much.
If I never lost my job I would never have tried to make a go of making money online and would never be in the position I am in now! Redundancy is the best thing that ever happened to me!
